Katy has travelled far and wide in search of DM challenges, arriving in Brisbane via agency spells in Sydney and the UK. En-route, she has learned valuable lessons from clients such as Telstra and Land Rover.

These lessons are now put into practice on a portfolio of local and national Decoder clients, including Ergon Energy, Suncorp, BUSS(Q), Urban Art Projects and Cystic Fibrosis Queensland.

Katy’s passion for DM principles reflects her own fascination with human behaviour and motivation. From the biggest idea to the smallest details, her enthusiasm is reflected in everything she does. No wonder she won both Decoder’s Staff Member of the Year and Queensland Young Direct Marketer of the Year in 2009.
