New faces strengthen strategy

As part of our commitment to bolstering our strategic offering, we’ve recently added two new faces to decoder’s strategy and planning department, with Tom Evans joining newly-appointed head of strategy, James McDonald.

James recently returned to Brisbane after seven years in Asia and Sydney, and brings to decoder top level regional and global integrated agency experience.

Tom joins us from London where he was managing director of Iconic Brands, a WPP company. His 15 years of digital, PR and brand development experience will ensure decoder’s integrated communications planning is the strongest in Brisbane.
 
These new appointments have refined decoder’s planning approach, enabling us to marry our strong data-driven marketing pedigree with a new level of consumer insight to deliver truly idea-led, media neutral campaigns.
 
We always envisaged that decoder would have Brisbane’s strongest planning department and now, with James and Tom on board, we finally have the best and most holistic planners in the city.
